If you have questions regarding the purchase and use of Puzzle Junction media, you should be able to find the answers to those questions here. If not, please email us at sales@puzzlejunction.com. We will make every effort to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Q: What types of puzzles do you offer?
A: Puzzle Junction offers Crosswords, Kriss Kross puzzles, Word Search Puzzles, Sudoku Puzzles, Trivia Puzzles, Children's puzzles, other miscellaneous puzzles, and a combination of any and all of the above.
Q: How many puzzles do I have to buy?
A: There is no minimum requirement. You may purchase one puzzle or dozens of puzzles - it is up to you.
Q: Do I receive a discount for buying more than one puzzle at a time?
A: It depends. If you purchase a Puzzle Package (minimum of three puzzles) that is designed to be published all in one edition, you will receive a discount that is built into the package price. If you purchase just two puzzles for the same edition, there is no discount. Single puzzles purchased in advance for separate editions do not receive discount pricing.
Q: Are the puzzles mine to reprint or resell after I purchase them?
A: No. Ownership rights to the puzzles and other works provided by Puzzle Junction remain with Puzzle Junction. (Please see Terms and Conditions and Copyright sections.)
Q: When and how do I pay for the puzzles I purchase from you?
A: In most cases, payment is required prior to the puzzles being shipped. However, that is entirely up to the discretion of Puzzle Junction, so credit may be extended after a period of time. Modes of payment include check, money order, most major credit cards, and PayPal.
Q: What is the difference between Exclusive and Syndicated puzzles?
A: Exclusive puzzles are for your publication only - no one else gets to use them. Syndicated puzzles are sold to more than one publisher during a particular time frame, and may appear in different publications during that time frame.
