Connect-It Puzzles
Connect-It puzzles are similar to crosswords but without any Down clues. The other difference is that there are three clues to an Across line.
It works like this: Each line in the puzzle has three clues and three
answers. The last letter in the first answer on each line is the
frist letter of the second answer, and so on. The connecting
letter is outlined, giving you the correct number of letters for
each answer (the answers in line 1 in the sample grid are 4, 6 and 6 letters).
The clues are numbered 1 through 8, with each number containing
3 clues for the 3 answers on the line. But here’s the
catch! The clues are not in order - so the first clue in the line
is not necessarily for the first answer.
